had in Costa Rica"
is what many of our guests claim.
Most
of our seafood is caught locally so is really fresh, (our menu
varies according to
the catch of the day) and we serve fresh salads and fruits from
our garden.
Wherever possible we use organic produce.
Some
of our dishes:
- Chicken filet with
bacon cream sauce and mushroom pieces
- Fish filet
with hot mango sauce covered with pieces of sweet chili
- Rumpsteak
in delicious red wine sauce

- Raw, medium
or well done Tuna in oyster sauce with honey
- Shrimp in
a sweet, little spicy marinade
- Lobster; let
us surprise you!
